A new $14 million luxury townhome project called The Weaver is set to replace a parking lot in Kansas City's Crossroads Arts District. Developed by UC-B Properties and Berman Leather Co., the project will feature 13 high-end townhomes ranging from 2,000 to 2,400 square feet, with prices between $895,000 and $1.2 million.

The four-story units will showcase modern design with historic elements, including large windows and private rooftop lounges. Located southeast of 19th and Locust streets, The Weaver will be conveniently close to restaurants, retailers, and major attractions. The developers aim to demonstrate that for-sale townhomes can effectively utilize underused spaces in the area, contributing to the neighborhood's vibrancy. Completion of the first units is anticipated by early spring 2025.
